4. Counter-Notice (If you believe material was removed in error)

  1. Your name, address, and telephone number, and email address.

  3. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the United States, to an appropriate nation’s court) and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or their agent.
  4. Your physical or electronic signature.

5. Repeat Infringers

We respect copyright and will terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances, consistent with the DMCA and our Terms of Service.
